All orders placed before 2pm (Monday – Thursday) will be dispatched on the same day for delivery by the chosen courier service.
Unless otherwise specified or requested, all orders received and paid for by the cut-off time of 2pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays and UK Public Holidays) will be dispatched to reach the confirmed delivery address according to the type of carriage selected at the time of order.
Orders received after the cut-off time 2pm will be processed for dispatch the next working day.
No prescription orders can be processed on a Friday, any orders received on a Friday, will be processed on the following Monday.
Although we will always strive to have your delivery made within the time limit chosen, inevitably there are times when the third party couriers fail to deliver. Under such circumstances, IntraVita International Ltd cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or damages for delays in delivery, this is out of our control.
Once the parcel has been dispatched by us, it becomes the chosen courier’s responsibility to deliver the goods on schedule.
All deliveries must be signed for and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure there is someone to take delivery. We cannot specify delivery times other than within the range of the paid timed deliveries chosen.
